The Laine Hotel is housed in an Art Nouveau building that dates from 1912. The elegant interior is based on natural materials and the paintings of the young Latvian artist Rolands Krisjanis. The 40 guestrooms are on the upper floors, thus allowing guests to enjoy a bird's eye view of old Riga. All are clean and well equipped, as are the en suite bathrooms. Recently refurbished, the hotel’s restaurant features an olive-green interior with antique furniture and serves a good range of both European and regional dishes, complemented by fine wines. Guest can also enjoy the magic of Riga while sipping refreshing drinks and having a meal on the summer terrace.
