The Argonaut Hostel is housed in an old building typical of Riga's old town. The reception area is on the 1st floor, accessible via a flight of stairs. The guestrooms are dormitory style. Regardless of the number of beds, however, they are for private use. As a result guests may have additional beds in their rooms but these will not be sold. Rooms are not en-suite, but the shared bathrooms are basic and clean. There is no restaurant at the hotel; breakfast is taken at a local restaurant.
