Riga International Airport is located 13 kilometres southwest of Riga centre close to Jurmala highway (A 10).
Airport Bus
Bus No.22, which leaves from Abrenes Street, has direct services between the airport and the city centre. You will get out straight at the terminal on the 2nd level. To get on the bus at the airport look for bus stop located opposite the terminal behind the car park. Frequency 10 - 30 minutes from 5:30 a.m. to 10:40 p.m. Journey time about 30 minutes. Fare 0.20 LVL. Bus No.22A connects the airport with hotels in the centre of Riga. Several hotels provide shuttle service to and from the airport.
Taxis
The airport has signed a contract on taxi services with Riga Taxi Park. The company office is located on the 1st level of arrival area. Working hours adjusted to flight schedule. Journey time to the centre of the city is 15 minutes. Charge 0.40 LVL plus 0.35 per kilometre. Getting to the centre of the city would cost about 5 LVL.
