Located on the opposite side of the river from the Old Town, in a somewhat characterless area. The main roads to Tallinn and Vilnius are just around the corner and the international airport is a 15-minute drive away.

This property is a modern purpose built hotel surrounded by trees, with a large car park in front. A small side road leads from the car park to the main road. The very spacious lobby features an open plan restaurant, a kiosk, a bank and generous seating areas. The medium sized guest rooms are in very good condition and well equipped, though they boast no outstanding features. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere. The tall windows that dominate the front of the hotel provide a good deal of natural light and the international cuisine is excellent.
